Dyson is all about problem-solving and our Contact Centre is no exception. You never know who you’ll get on the phone or what problem you will need to solve next. With our training programme you’ll soon become an expert in all Dyson’s technologies and products. We’re dedicated to delivering world class service and that means having a world class team. 

We’re open 7 days a week, 8am – 8pm, Monday – Friday and 8am – 6pm at the weekends. You may work a longer day but will have more days off in turn. You’ll work 1 weeked in 3 and will also enjoy performance bonuses throughout the year.


  • Providing over-the-phone support to our Dyson owners across Great Britain and Ireland. 
  • It’s a fun, diverse and dynamic role that could see you ordering parts, booking engineers or helping customers with their first machine.
  • Sharing our new technology with Dyson owners, creating customers for life. 
  • Learning all there is to know about Dyson technology, exciting customers and securing sales through service. 
  • Owning your ideas and bringing them to life. Finding ways to improve products, processes or by identifying efficiencies.


  • You’ll be passionate about great customer service and take pride in excellent people skills. 
  • You may have a little experience, you may have a lot. What’s important is that you’re motivated, keen to learn and comfortable with sales targets. We can teach you the rest. 
  • Through the day to day you’ll continually see ways to improve. 
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll be results-focused and excited by the prospect of delivering sales.
