Dyson is all about problem-solving and our Contact Centre is no exception. You’ll be working directly on the front line to our customers, never knowing what problem you’ll need to solve next. We’re dedicated to delivering a world class service that we can be proud of, and that means having a world class team. We’re recruiting talented Customer Service Advisors to join our growing Contact Centre team.


You may have a little experience, you may have a lot. What’s important is that you’re motivated and keen to learn. We can teach you the rest. We offer an extensive training programme; so not only will you become an expert in all Dyson’s technologies and products, but you’ll learn impeccable communication skills and how to build relationships with a variety of customers. You’ll have regular performance conversations, which can be tailored to maximize your future development and career in customer services.

  • Providing over-the-phone support to our Dyson owners across Great Britain and Ireland

  • It’s a fun, diverse and dynamic role that could see you taking ownership of a variety of queries, offering swift resolutions for our customers

  • Sharing our new technology with Dyson owners, creating customers for life and helping our owners get the very best out of their machines

  • Learning all there is to know about Dyson technology, exciting customers and proactively spotting opportunities to promote sales through service

  • Owning your ideas and bringing them to life. Finding ways to improve products, processes or by identifying efficiencies


  • You’ll be passionate about providing great customer service, be an exceptional communicator and take pride in excellent people skills

  • Through the day to day you’ll continually see ways to improve, offering a positive and solution focused attitude

  • Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll be results-focused and excited by the prospect of delivering sales (we even offer a commission based bonus scheme!)

  • Personal adherence is essential, you’ll have impeccable timekeeping skills & an awareness of how this affects the wider team

  • Day to day, you’ll be using multiple computer systems, so a you’ll need a good level of computer literacy


To make sure we’re always able to help our customers, we’re open 7 days a week. Midweek we’re open 8am-8pm, and weekends 8am-6pm. You’ll work 39 hours a week, and 1 in 3 weekends (with a day off in lieu).
