This role, reporting to the Sr E-Commerce Manager, is central to generate actionable insights through reporting across digital all channels, within a holistic Analytics perspective, including contributors from several stakeholders, such as Marketing, Finance, Global offices and such.


  • Reporting and analysis on website performance and user behaviour

  • Reporting and analysis on digital marketing activity that drives traffic to Dyson websites including CRM

  • Reporting and analysis on social media activity

  • Take full responsibility for Data Visualization within the current technological ecosystem, making sure complexity is getting reduced and managed by Analysis and Insight Generation

  • Overview on AdTech issues/ enhancements related to Performance Measurement

  • Stay up to date with industry best practice

  • Provide support for Forecasting, Gap Analysis

  • Work in sync and provide consistent view with Retail Sales, Marketing and Finance Depts


  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Attention to detail is essential

  • Team working

  • Perseverance and an inquisitive mind

  • Deep Digital Analytics experience – Google Analytics and Adobe Site Catalyst as a primary knowledge required

  • Confidence with multichannel attribution, Customer Journey perspective as a logical framework for analysis, Digital Media, UX and Social Media basic knowledge

  • Proficient in English and Italian

  • [nice to have] Previous experience in Retail E-commerce and/ or Media Companie (Big Six) and/ or Digital Consulting
