Digital Content Administrator (12 month FTC)

Digital Content Administrators are responsible for the authoring and maintenance of content for global customer support sites, including spares and accessories shop, troubleshooting journeys and product support pages.


As a Content Administrator you will be working with cross-functional and multi-national teams across a wide range of languages. The role involves using a number of Content Management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms to set up website content for support, spares and tools as well as the management of multimedia content in the CMS.

  • Spares & tools - Merchandising replacement parts and tools in Hybris
  • Uploading, requesting and editing assets as required
  • Sourcing spares & tools data for product range
  • Translation of resolve scripts in line with market launches
  • Testing Product support pages
  • Authoring, maintaining and building “Maintenance Guides” and support pages in AEM
  • Associated back office work in Hybris
  • Sourcing market product data in line with market launches


  • Understanding of HTML, CSS and their uses is beneficial but not essential
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience in using at least 1 content management system
  • Excellent organisational ability
  • Excellent grammatical and spelling skills
  • Ability to prioritise effectively
