Description

Digital Content Administrators are responsible for authoring and maintaining content across Dyson’s multiple CMS platforms, supporting Dyson’s market websites. This includes creating new sites as part of an upgrade project, building new content for our new product launches and providing support to live market sites with maintenance and the new functionality deployments.
This is a fixed term contract to run until the end of June 2020.

The lead UK office is based in Malmesbury, Wiltshire with a high-tech campus on the former RAF Hullavington site, Dyson employs over 4,000 people in the UK.

As a Digital Content Administrator, you will work in a cross-functional team alongside the Dyson Creative team, Copy team and IT teams using a specific Content Management System (CMS) to set-up and maintain content across a global range of markets and languages.

The Digital Content Team is a centralised resource responsible for three main streams of work with resources allocated to each by priority, requirements and individual skills.

  • NPD delivery
Working across all 4 Dyson CMS platforms to curate, author and deploy content for Dyson’s new product launches. The NPD delivery team work closely with product category teams, creative designers, copy teams and Dyson Legal to curate content in preparation for the launch date and support the market teams with content deployment as the products are launched.
  • Digital Leap market rollout
The Digital Leap market rollout team work solely in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The team curate and author content for markets that are transitioning from the Sitecore platform to AEM, working extensively with Creative, Copy, market-based teams and legal teams. The team also provide launch support and hypercare support for market teams post-upgrade and occasional support to all markets using the AEM platform.
  • Digital Leap Magento
The Leap Magento team solely work on the Magento V2 CMS platform building new websites for Dyson’s smaller markets that cannot take the Digital Leap upgrade. Team members work alongside creative and copy teams to author content in the CMS to a creative design and support the market teams once the new site is launched.

Skills

  • Good CMS platform knowledge. Preferably AEM, Magento or Sitecore.
  • Good communication skills essential

  • Adobe Photoshop or Sketch skills useful but not required.
