About the role


Focusing on the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets, the role requires the incumbent to:

Lead development of online merchandising strategies to drive engagement and commerce on Dyson Online Store

·       Manage profitable promotions and merchandising strategy on Dyson Online Store

·       Identify & implement opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell consumers within the customer journeys

·       Build processes, calendars to communicate Dyson Online Store merchandizing plans to various teams across the organization

·       Develop profitable online programs including eCommerce range planning, promotions, and merchandising solutions to elevate the Dyson brand

Be responsible for delivering the ecommerce business goals for Dyson Online Store

·       Work with the team to deliver and exceed the growth objectives for Dyson Online Store and the overall direct business across product categories

·       Partner with Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Merchandiser to report on performance, insights and optimizations on a periodic basis to all levels of the organization

Assist in building and executing a differentiated strategy for Dyson Online Store based upon customer insights, product category needs and digital capabilities

·       Ensure that Dyson Online Store delivers a premium experience that strengthens the brand and delivers against transformation goals

·       Strengthen “why Dyson Online Store” value proposition through differentiated ecommerce and merchandising strategies

·       Obsess over the details to ensure Dyson Online Store always sets the standard across the market

Fulfill other duties as required

·       Be an active subject matter expert on all things digital

·       Write briefs for the media agency hub for related promotion or program launch

·       Ensure that all Dyson communications are compliant from an IP, legal & product team perspective

·       Perform QA on all product and offer launches online.

About you

·       8+ years of e-commerce and digital marketing experience in the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets

·       Bachelor’s Degree required

·       Experience working with a major Web analytics and reporting tool such as Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics 360

·       Experience managing store promotions and merchandising for an ecommerce site

·       Ability to understand the Dyson brand and uphold its integrity

·       Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills

·       Must have excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate both internal and external resource in a cross-functional and international organization

·       Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese/Mandarin is required
