The e-commerce executive will be responsible for running the daily e-commerce operations of Dyson across the different platforms. A key responsibility is to grow the contribution of e-commerce to the overall business. In addition, the e-commerce executive is expected to lead and contribute to various projects at regional level across the different MEA markets.


Manage the day-to-day activities of the ecommerce sales channels (Dyson website, Marketplaces, & 3P retailers by:
  • Ensuring Dyson products are displayed with the right assets, in the right categories, and with the right content
  • Ensure the shopper journey of Dyson products across platforms is smooth, clear, and optimal for conversion
  • Regularly monitoring the online landscape and performing detailed competitor analysis and status updates about Dyson
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained and contingency plans are in place for any stock challenges
Own the Analytical & qualitative aspect of the job by:
  • Delivering reports & dashboards to monitor the digital performance of the eChannel
  • Producing regular reporting and periodic research into key consumer segments and digital product usage
  • Defining & Optimizing main KPIs to support eChannels monitoring Analyse & identify trends across the online customer journey, providing insight & recommendations to drive additional traffic & sales
  • Utilizing multiple data sources and turning different data streams into a cohesive view of our customer to produce detailed digital business insights & analysis
Ensure Compliance:
  • All activities are aligned and validated with sector & HQ relevant stakeholders
  • All content, legal terms & conditions are compliant with local laws for each market and Dyson general guidelines


  • Business degree
  • Previous experience in managing the e-commerce channel at either a brand or retailer level
  • Understanding of the Middle East & Africa markets and previous experience in this geography
  • Strong experience in online shop management: content management, merchandising, A/B testing, and troubleshooting
  • Experience in SEO optimization a plus
  • Experience in Google Analytics & Magento ( usage and report creation) is a plus
SkillsStrong understanding of:
  • Digital media & digital campaign management
  • Commercial terms & contractual agreements and processes
  • The different e-commerce models: direct, hybrid, retail & marketplace
  • The different e-tailer types and modes of operation: pure online, marketplaces, omni-channel
  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Flexible and positive approach

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with demanding reporting deadlines
