Working as part of the CEU Supply Chain team, you will manage inventory and short term demand for all CEU markets for both finished goods and accessories. You will be expected to constantly drive improvements and initiatives as well as providing superb service to our Dyson markets. Not just working in spreadsheets and systems, you need to be diplomatic, innovative and results driven. You will have the opportunity to support specific Supply Chain projects to drive Dyson forward to 2020.

Responsible for inventory management of finished goods and accessories for all markets in multiple physical warehouses in CEU, including:
Manage demand requirements in the short term (12 week) window
Analysis of sales and forecast to support inventory recommendations
Inventory transfers to support market sales requirements
Review and communicate excess / SLOB / component exposure
Develop robust supply plans by planning sea and, where needed, air inbounds with 3PL, managing safety stocks and understanding supply profile within your own product portfolio
Collaborate with Group and CEU functions to make recommendations on stock allocations when demand exceeds supply
Prepare and distribute warehouse projection reports, identifying opportunity and risk
Collaborate with Demand Planners in markets to raise understanding of CEU supply chain processes and improve future forecast quality
Analyse changes and deviations between monthly forecasts; communicate identified risks
Develop inventory management capabilities of market Inventory teams; support analysis and decision making in fortnightly Demand Management reviews
Represent CEU in communication with the Global Supply Chain team and supply planners
Report KPIs on finished goods and accessories
Maintain forecast integrity by validating NPI changes and SKU master data
Represent CEU Supply Chain in ad hoc projects
Present commentary to support the accountability of ‘availability’ reporting
