Description

Working within a global Early Careers team, you’ll support the acquisition and development of Dyson’s interns and graduates. Based in our Malmesbury Technology Centre and focussing mainly on UK activities, you’ll be working closely with specialists in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to ensure a first class candidate experience from application to onboarding and beyond.

This is currently a 6 month fixed term opportunity.


Accountabilities

  • Support with the planning and delivery of events, such as assessment centres, university campus activity, pre-joining events, Inductions and development activities for graduates and interns. This will include administrative support to ensure the smooth running of events.
  • Produce and send contracts and offer paperwork for new starters, along with tracking and responding to queries.
  • Build relationships with offered candidates to ensure smooth transition from recruitment to on-boarding.
  • Load new vacancies onto the recruitment system for approvals along with advertising new roles onto websites and through media partners.
  • Coordinate end-of-internship performance reviews and bi-annual graduate people reviews.
  • Manage the processing of expenses, invoices and booking forms.
  • Manage the Early Careers email inbox; responding where possible and escalating where relevant, spotting themes and using initiative to address these within defined SLA.

Skills

  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service, administration and coordination activities
  • Excellent administrative and organisation skills with great attention to detail
  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Word and Excel 
  • Ability to collaborate and work well with people at all levels in the organisation
  • Strong planning skills
  • Effectively work on simultaneous projects and successfully prioritise tasks
  • Resilient and comfortable with ambiguity 
  • Proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude and a solutions oriented approach
