Executive Search at Dyson forms part of the Talent Acquisition function which is a division of People Operations.
Based out of Dyson's Singapore office and reporting to the Global Head of Executive Search, the Executive Search Partner APAC will be pivotal to our search process by actively running end-to-end executive searches for senior talent and leadership hiring.

Dyson's in-house Executive Search team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Recruiter to serve as the strategic partner and subject matter expert on end-to-end executive and leadership hiring activity. The scope of this role includes all lines of business and countries across APAC.
Working in a close and collaborative team, you'll be expected to proactively promote a positive presence in the executive talent space, representing Dyson to an exceptional standard externally, whilst keeping up to date with market trends.
You will be accountable for taking ownership of executive searches across all functional areas in Dyson for the APAC market. You'll need a creative approach to mapping, sourcing and research associated with reaching out to often hard to find external executive level talent. You will ensure high quality, targeted research approach is provided in line with agreed KPIs. You will have the opportunity to build relationships working across all functions, managing senior stakeholders and advising on candidate suitability across markets and business areas.
SkillsThe Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a foundation in executive search gained within a tier-one executive search firm or leading boutique firm in the APAC region. Whilst not essential, we would favour candidates who have also worked as part of an in-house Executive Search team in a respected international Company.
You will have strong recruiting, relationship management, client consulting, and influencing skills with a successful track record proactive sourcing and candidate development on difficult executive and highly visible searches. The role requires a sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement.
You will have a strong track record of success in an executive search environment, ideally having honed these skills in a well-respected Executive Search firm. You will know how to locate and engage with high-performance and high-potential senior level talent and be able to talk confidently about those people with senior stakeholders. Dyson people are smart, so you will need to be too. Things get done at Dyson through relationships and team work, not hierarchies. You will need to be a passionate self-starter, driven to make things happen across borders and within a complex matrix structure. We are a fast paced and often ambiguous environment, so you will need to be able to navigate and thrive in that.
