Description

As Finance Systems Manager, you will drive the integrity and flexibility in our systems “as is”, and help set the direction and pace of strategic change that supports business needs now and in the future. This extends not just to the consolidation system, but also to the master data in SAP that underpins it.

Accountabilities

Core responsibilities will include:
  • Lead technical subject matter expert on OneStream system supporting both BAU use of the system during and outside month end, and both internal and inbound change affecting and depending on OneStream
  • Acting as an internal systems architect with minimal input from the software provider allowing flexible customisation of OneStream functionality.
  • Perform this role on behalf of the Global Operations Finance Director who ultimately is accountable for the OneStream system
  • Five year strategic planning for the OneStream system to continually enhance and utilise the capability of the system to meet business needs
  • Pro-actively engage with the markets, Performance Reporting and Group Reporting to properly understand requirements and propose the right solutions
  • Execution of this strategic plan as lead SME
  • Ownership of technical and user process documentation for OneStream
  • Development and line management of a Systems Accountant providing further SME and development resource for OneStream
  • Oversight of  all system administrative changes on OneStream and SAP Finance Meta Data (GLs, CCs, IOs), including security of the OneStream system
  • Development and line management of a OneStream and SAP Systems Admin with responsibility for processing all changes in a timely and accurate manner

Skills

Education, Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualified accountant
  • Significant Consolidation and SAP systems expertise
  • Strong logical mind-set and approach to problem solving
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of VB.net preferable
