Temporary FP&A Business Partner - Indirect Procurement

With indirect procurement being a rapidly expanding function and charged with some ambitious global tasks, you will act as the key liaison from Group Finance.
This is a temporary position for circa 3 months


  • Support the Procurement team with control and analysis of savings globally. Develop the trackers and processes to ensure compliance.
  • Work with the finance community to stay ahead of budgets and forecasts for all the countries.
  • Understand global impacts of savings on shape of financials (i.e. cost savings vs cost avoidance, capex vs opex, group vs global, phasing etc.)
  • Develop functionality of managing savings analysis globally through use of different systems
  • Liaise with global finance teams to provide Finance challenge to assumptions and accuracy of reports
  • Support Head of Global Overheads - Business Partnering in monthly reporting to CFO
  • Develop strong understanding of SAP Ariba tools and reporting packs to deliver improvements and updates when required
  • Create the new reporting suite, including the GBS, alongside the Procurement balanced scorecard
  • Understand global budgets to support Indirect Procurement in identifying key savings opportunities
  • Identify key global initiatives to ensure included in global forecasting and have sufficient 
  • Be instrumental in shaping the department to consider financial impacts when evaluating business decisions
  • Constantly challenge transformation cost projections and on-going core costs to identify any potential cost reduction opportunities.  Install in cost centre managers / GL owners to embrace ZBB culture
  • Review headcount proposals to evaluate and provide input into whether the basis of recruitment is based on sound logic 


  • Qualified Accountant – 2+ years’ PQE 
  • Strong financial accounting and analysis background
