This role supports the Global EHS Director and the Global EHS Team with administrative and technical EHS Coordination.  The primary focus for this role will be Global EHS Systems and Projects.


What you'll be doing - 
Supporting the Global EHS Director with:
  • All aspects of the EHS Procurement process.
  • The procurement, implementation, management and maintenance of a Global EHS Management system.
  • The implementation, management and maintenance of the Enhesa Global legislation system.
  • Support with Global EHS reporting, including but not limited to: creating graphs, presentations, data analysis, proof reading and distribution.
  • EHS Projects (as directed).
  • Management of the EHS aspects of the Global Incident Reporting System.
  • Management of the Global EHS Assurance Programme. 
  • Limited administration:
  • Ad hoc diary meetings / travel requests.
  • Minute taking.
Supporting the Global EHS Team:
  • Development of consistent Global EHS documentation.
  • Identification, procurement, implementation, management and maintenance of a Global EHS Ergonomic Management Tool.
  • Global EHS (Learning Management System) management, maintenance and continual improvement
  • Managing and maintenance of the Global EHS Team Microsoft Teams Space.
  • Global EHS Sharepoint management and continual improvement.
  • Monitoring EHS global email accounts.


What we'd like to see from you -
  • Experience of working in a busy EHS team/department (Highly Desirable).
  • Demonstrable experience against each of the main duties of the role, and in particular direct experience of supporting the procurement of a EHS cloud based system (or similar), from implementation through to management and maintenance (Essential).
  • Whilst ensuring Dyson maintains legal compliance and works towards best practice, the role holder will need to demonstrate flexibility in their approach and maintain a proactive can do attitude, and works towards the success of the whole team.
  • Be an ambassador and vocal advocate for EHS.
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to build a network of connections both internally and externally. 
  • Ability to work sensitively, discretely, and effectively across the Global EHS Team.
  • Must demonstrate a passion for working for Dyson.
  • Degree qualified in a Science based subject (Desirable)
  • IOSH Managing Safely / NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent (High Desirable).
  • PRINCE 2 (High Desirable)
