This role will review our global approach to performance, learning and manager/ leader capability, identifying where we can excel on the back of our unique culture and history.
You will work with our people, managers and leaders, partnering with HR business partners & the broader talent team, using consultancy skills to provide innovative approaches that build critical capabilities, enabling Dyson to deliver our ambitious plans.You will benefit from leading a motivated and capable team. We solve challenging problems, and are passionate about achieving the near impossible.
Identify critical capability gaps in partnership with global leaders and HR teams and develop strategies to develop and stretch our people, ensuring Dyson wide plans are in place to address needs.
Provide professional leadership & talent consultancy support to business stakeholders & HR BP community, driving ownership of leadership and talent
- talking the language of our people.
Own the global Dyson Performance framework and tools, ensuring they are simple, agile, fit for purpose and drive a stronger performance culture.
Develop a systematic approach to building people manager capability across Dyson.
Review and evolve our learning interventions so they are fit for purpose and aligned to future plans and capabilities - Global direction & local flex.
You’ll have experience within a global technology, engineering/consumer environment with a strong background in coaching, facilitating and influencing senior leaders.
We’d like you to be an exceptional people leader with a strong track record of
leading, designing, delivering, & evaluating innovative leadership &
learning interventions within a complex global environment.
You’ll be a thought leader in the fields of leadership development, talent, performance and learning.Psychometric and coaching qualifications would be desirable but are not essential.
