Working as part of the HR Operations team, this role provides high quality, accurate and efficient HR administrative services to Dyson UK and Ireland employees as well as International markets.  

Accountabilities

Responsible for administering end to end HR processes throughout the employment lifecycle, to include, but not limited to:
  • End to end HR processes such as starters, leavers, probation.
  • Maintaining employee information and records on the HRIS
  • Production of changes to terms and conditions letters including amendment to the employee records for payroll submission
  • Pension and benefits administration
  • Point of contact for policy, process and contractual queries from the business
  • Co-ordinate and provide reference requests for current and ex-employees
  • General HR Administration duties / projects

  • Strong IT skills to include MS Word, Excel (intermediate level)

Person Specification

  • Experienced HR Administrator
  • Pensions and benefits administration
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience of providing great customer service
  • Experience in managing, co-ordinating and administering HR policies and processes
