About the role

As part of the Global HR Operations at Dyson you will be supporting our French market on the delivery of the HR processes for our 170 employees as well as, at time supporting other European markets.

This role is based in Paris, France.

HR Administration

Responsible for administering end to end HR processes throughout the employment lifecycle, to include, but not limited to:

  • End to end HR processes including starters, employee lifecycle changes and leavers.
  • Maintaining employee information and records on Workday, our HRIS people system.
  • Maintaining the Tamigo, our T&A system, from a data accuracy perspective, working with the provider to constantly improve the system
  • Supporting the retail team to guide them regarding planification in Tamigo
  • Production of changes to terms and conditions letters and contracts
  • Point of contact on payroll queries related to payroll submission
  • Analyse audit reports and perform data validation using excel
  • Point of contact for policy, process and contractual queries from the business
  • Manage and maintain a specific country administration to become the team expert
  • Co-ordinate and provide reference requests for current and ex-employees
  • General HR Administration duties / projects

Payroll:

  • Responsible for running the monthly payroll cycle for the French business in our current payroll system, ADP
  • Point of contact on payroll queries related to payroll submission
  • Manage and check monthly/ quarterly social contributions from consistency check, payment and reconciliation with Finance team (incl Health insurance, DSN, legal contributions…)
  • Working with the reward team and HR Business partner to complete payroll impacting tasks such as Profit-sharing scheme, bonus calculations and supporting with salary review
  • Coordinate sales bonus calculation and process into payroll
  • Work closely with the payroll provider, Workday team and Tamigo services to integrate all systems
  • Drive constant improvement and process upgrade to deliver a seamless service


About you

Skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong IT skills to include MS Word, Excel (intermediate level)
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to meet fluctuating deadlines at short notice and willing to be flexible to reach deadlines
  • Efficient and results focussed
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Able to prioritise high workload volumes and multitask where necessary
  • Drive and enthusiasm to succeed and improve
  • Confidentiality and displays discretion
  • Strong team player but with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and provide a high level of customer service

Experiences

  • Experienced HR Administrator
  • Experience in payroll processing
  • Experience of using Workday would be advantageous
  • Customer service focused
  • Experience in managing, co-ordinating and administering HR policies and processes
