About the role•Contribute and implement Direct Retail channel strategic plans to achieve long term channel success. •Work with direct retail store team to deliver sales and profit results based on Dyson unique customer experiences. •Own and manage the relationship with store landlords, maintain a professional and healthy relationship with senior executives and operation teams from landlords. •Develop the measurements of Direct Retail stores’ business performance and monitoring methodologies. •As local advocate of Direct Retail to build strong relationship within global Direct Retail team and cross function teams.
About you•10+ years of experiences in KA management. Direct retail experience preferred •Proven track record in growing sales and improving the profitability of retail stores •Ability to resolve unique and complex problems with ambiguity •High level of experience in negotiations, budget control and financial expertise. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
