Dyson is a technology company that designs and manufactures small domestic appliance ranging from vacuum cleaners, purifying fans, to hair dryers. Dyson sells its products in over 70 countries and employs more than 7,000 people worldwide. Dyson products are known for their innovative technologies, high performance and breakthrough designs. Dyson products were introduced into China market by distributor, and Dyson China was officially founded in 2014 due to the fast growth of demand. By H1 2018, Dyson has significantly grown its business in China and become a strong market leader in vacuum cleaner and hairdryer categories.
Online is an important aspect for Dyson in China in terms of both marketing and sales. The eCommerce Department is headed by eCommerce Director and supported by several key pillar teams. This united team is responsible for contributing 50% of the sales revenue and all marketing activities across internet. RACE will consolidate all online data analysis and implement different strategy or insight towards market change.
About the role•Responsible for all data for E-commerce team, including JD, Ali, Online new channel, Dyson.cn and WeChat team • •Operation data analysis, summary and improvement proposal, responsible for defining data platforms architecture as well as developing and managing data governance solutions. • •Be a key contributor to architecting, designing and implementing data models and data platform, as well as build data driven solutions. •Maintain up-to-date documentation of the data platform, data models and data architecture for future expansion. Set Up daily data reports based on database including but not limited in transaction, traffic, CRM, CVR, etc. Forecast future business trends and risks. • •Serve as an expert to proactively identify, suggest and contribute data-driven and innovative ideas and transform complex data into solutions which can significantly add values to business, brands and customers.
Education, qualifications and training :
Bachelor degree above
Experience or skills required:•10 years of working experience in Trade Marketing for E-commerce or product from retail industries. •5 years online data analysis or trade marketing lead experience. •Good knowledge of designing data models and architecting data platforms. •Rich experience in developing and implementing data quality and data governance standards. •Strong experience in end-to-end data lifecycle management (including ingestion, processing, storage, and generating insights). •Operation working experience in JD/Alli, TikTok, WeChat platform is preferred. •Passionate, proactive, creative, responsibility, result driven and able to handle pressure.
