As the Head of E-Commerce & Digital, Spain. You will have accountability for the overall digital strategy and execution in Spain. You will take responsibility for all financial goals and objectives, as well as leading the digital planning of all product launches. 


We have ambitious objectives for our direct to consumer business and you will have full control of all the digital channels we use to engage shoppers and owners in Spain. Leading a talented team of digital & e-commerce specialists, you will develop solutions to help further build and strengthen the Dyson brand. You will collaborate with global teams and build a road map to future proof our e-commerce strategy

You will also be responsible for developing strong relationships with our nationwide retail partners. Working closely with our key account managers and trade marketing teams, you will build digital strategies to engage shoppers within their eco-systems. You will also lead the digital retail activation team to ensure we have a consistent and premium experience across all our digital touch points.


  • You will currently be operating at senior management level in a digital or e-commerce role, responsible for online revenue, setting the vision / road map, inspiring and leading digital / social / brand & key account marketing teams, as well as P&L management 
  • You will have significant digital experience either from a top consultancy firm or a global customer facing organisation (ideally retail or technology)
  • You will have a proven track record of delivering digital strategies that have improved both online and retail store customer touch points
  • You will have experience of managing third party relationships, defining the metrics that matter and driving partner / agency performance 
  • You will have strong technical skills and be knowledgeable of the latest digital platforms (Adobe Experience Manager), analytics & insight tools
  • You will have experience of working cross-functionally with marketing, brand, product and finance teams
  • You will be be able to cope with ambiguity and thrive in a busy, fast paced start up culture 
  • Hold either a BA or MBA level qualification
