Description

Dyson is looking for an energetic and committed Recruiter to join our newly formed America’s High Volume Recruiting Team. The High Volume Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting a variety of field sales, retail, and call center roles across the United States. They will develop strong partnerships with our hiring team, understanding their business objectives and supporting them in their efforts to source the best candidates in the market.

Accountabilities

Provide full life cycle recruitment for field sales initiatives
  • Provide hiring managers with high quality candidates to help drive business results
  • Develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to continually build a diverse pool of top-notch candidates for Dyson across sales and call center functions 
  • Utilize various direct and creative sourcing channels including professional networking and social media sites, etc. 
  • Proactively source passive candidates through a variety of networks including social media
  • Screen resumes and conduct first line phone screens to make sound recommendations to hiring managers 
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with all candidates to keep them engaged through the hiring process
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders including a high level of communication on the process and status of open positions
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Managers to develop effective interview questions based on Dyson Values
  • Build relationships with key managers to partner on recruitment strategies
  • Report back to the business on the effectiveness of the recruitment process using KPI’s
  • Continue to build employer brand awareness in the market through the Employer Value Proposition
  • Maintain legal compliance as it applies to employment/recruitment law

Fulfill other duties as required

  • Relish the opportunity to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role
  • Think outside of the box, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Develop, track and analyze KPIs
  • Produce ad hoc reports as needed

Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a high volume or recruiting agency environment
  • Sales and Retail recruiting experience is strongly preferred
  • Nationwide recruiting experience is required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Ability to manage 20+ roles at a time
  • Experience working in a metrics driven environment 
  • Strong proficiency in all full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing, screening and on-boarding is required
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Self-starter with strong initiative
  • Positive, ‘can-do’ approach and attitude with a natural customer service focus
  • Organized under pressure
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
