The IT Coordinator SEA & APAC will be responsible for:

  • The provision of efficient and professional coordination support to the SEA & APAC IT teams
  • Championing IT communications across the SEA & APAC IT teams
  • Ensuring SEA & APAC IT teams operate as a single IT entity within region
  • Aligning the in region leadership of Product, Commercial, Cyber Security & Data Services IT teams
  • Liaising with Global IT to ensure effective lines of 2-way communication
  • Managing IT office facilities within Singapore
  • Managing the relationships with business stakeholders in SEA & APAC
  • Tracking & presenting SEA & APAC IT metrics
  • SEA & APAC Event Management
  • Updating and maintaining IT mailing distribution list for all departmental correspondence
  • Processing new starters from date of offer with security, legal documents, user access, and IT equipment
  • Budget and location tracking for the IT team
  • Purchase order raising and tracking using SAP; aligning closely with the Accounts Payable team and working closely with all teams to ensure PO compliance in line with the Dyson policy
  • Meeting scheduling and resource booking including team meetings / supplier meetings / external meetings
  • Travel procurement for national and international travel; booking travel itineraries for departmental members including flights, trains, taxis, car hire and hotels
  • Visa requirements - understanding Visa requirements and timelines, working with staff to submit applications
  • Distribution of incoming and outgoing post plus courier arrangement and any other communications for the IT department


  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience of Executive level support
  • Strong administration / coordinator background is essential
  • Outstanding interpersonal / communication skills
  • Experience of coordinating a busy team in a fast paced environment
  • Global experience is desirable
  • Excellent MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) proficiency 
  • SAP experience preferred
  • An understanding of IT products and services (desirable)
  • Confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills 
  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude 
  • Strong team player and ambassador for the team
  • Personable, pro-active, professional and able to demonstrate full commitment to exceptional customer care and service in all activities
