The Digital Team at Dyson is responsible for all digital touchpoints with our end customers and comprises the areas of direct business (web shop and marketplaces), performance media and e-retail.


  • Ownership and strategic lead of E-Mail marketing channel with focus on owners
  • Identification of audiences along the customer journey: set up regular A/B tests and create owner segments based on analysis
  • Drive Customer Lifetime value and use email as sales channel (cross- and upsell)
  • Development and execution of automated Lifecycle- and cross-channel Marketing campaigns
  • Deliver best in class owner experience with relevant care content, give our owners answers before they ask
  • Scale number of registered owners across the business
  • Project support in Owned and Earned channel management and campaign set up
  • Support the Social Media Manager in daily tasks 
  • Continuous analysis and reporting of campaign performance and optimization


  • First experience in online marketing, preferably in CRM/E-Mail marketing
  • Technical know-how in HTML and relevant marketing tools
  • Great communication skills in both English and German
