Much has changed since James Dyson launched the bag-less vacuum that started our business. In the time since, Dyson engineers have invented heat-free hand dryers, blade-less fans, long-life LED lighting and even our own digital motor. Today, vacuums represent just half of our sales. And Dyson has even broader ambitions still. With a future technology pipeline spanning 25 years which includes entering several new categories, the next few years are set to be our busiest yet.


Dyson machines work differently to others, so those who sell them need to think differently too. In order to support our retail partners we are creating a Junior KAM role and if you are an ambitious, innovative and curious individual early in your career that is looking for rapid development in a fast-paced, dynamic company - then we would like to speak to you.


In this role, you will…

  • Gain deep understanding of your customers strategies and tactics as well as in-depth understanding of the shoppers and trends in the categories we play
  • Co-create, sell and execute tailored joint business plans with our retail partners that will outperform competition and grow the category
  • Manage the commercial agreement and negotiations with the retailer with support from Head of Sales
  • Build robust and sustainable relationships externally and internally
  • Work in a fast paced, brave, multi-functional team
  • Have the opportunity to make a difference from Day 1


In order to be a great fit for this role, we believe you…

  • have a degree from a top university within Business and Economics or Engineering and/or 0-3 years of relevant experience
  • have demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
  • are strong within analytics
  • have strong communication and influencing skills
  • are fluent in English and one Nordic language
  • have the ability to work in a faced paced and agile environment
  • possess a strong drive and high motivation
  • relish the opportunity to pick up tasks that broadly falls within scope of role
