Junior Producer (Studio) - FTC 12 months

Reporting directly into the Studio Producer - this role is to support and manage the throughput of requirements that fall within the print studio remit, driving productivity and quality through all aspects of production. The role spans everything from QA, managing asset approval processes, supplier relationship management/selection - through all facets of asset management. As a key member of the wider Planning & Operations team this role will own creative services operations ‘support and admin’ within the print studio and across other delivery channels (Film,TV,Content,Digital, Imagery). 


Planning and Project Management:
  • Support the Studio Producer in briefing Artworkers in the team on daily tasks.
  • Ensure all reference material and folders are set up in Censhare (Dyson's Asset Management system) prior to briefing artworkers to ensure an immediate start.
  • Responsible for the population and distribution of the bi-weekly Hogarth Meetings (Global Production Partner) between Hogarth, their Senior Account Managers and the Dyson Product Categories. Securing meeting spaces to support these conversations and booking external visitors on the security system.
Quality & Controls:
  • Proofreading/Quality checking of assets prior to being returned to brief owner for approval.
  • Expedite to ensure approvals are gained in line with project timeframes. 
Transcreation & Print:

  • Exporting, packaging and uploading assets to Hogarth.
  • Reviewing and signing off digital printer proofs prior to start of production.
  • Maintain productive and efficient working relationships with several printers. Also working with creatives to source new specialised printers as the business requires.
  • Advising and working with internal channels on the print methods and materials for their requirements.
  • Delivery of artwork to printers.
  • Obtain print quotes.
  • Providing costs to brief owner for budgetary review and obtaining POs from them.
  • Arranging collection/delivery of printed materials globally.
  • Business Card and HR Form ordering via online portal.


  • You will have previous experience of operating as a Junior Project Management or Junior Producer from either a Creative agency or a National / Global brand
  • You will have a good grounding / knowledge base in print & image production and be familiar with the end to end process
  • You will have experience of uploading print assets, as well as working with and managing asset management systems / tools
  • Experience of raising and co-ordinating PO number and providing costs to brief owners
  • Strong proofreading and quality assurance skills
  • A pro-active approach to your work, always seeking new ways to improve ways of working or communication as an example
