The Enterprise Communications team is responsible for ensuring that when presenting Dyson as an entity, to both external and internal audiences, we do so in a consistent, relevant and appropriate way. 
We work alongside the global PR and Internal Comms teams to support our CEO and Executive team, as well as other core business functions, such as HR, RDD, Security and Legal. 
We work closely with these teams to create communications, spanning a range of channels, which reflect our values, philosophy and engineering heritage. 
The purpose of this role is to support the IT function. You will work closely with them to create clear and engaging communications, and professional internal business administration templates for documents/forms/presentations/intranets. 
You will be responsible for helping define and protect how we visually present this part of our organisation, ensuring we do so in a way that is in line with our customer facing identity, yet appropriate for a business audience. 
We’re looking for technically-able designers who can execute from day one. You’ll need an excellent understanding of grids and type, and an ability to understand and interpret information in order to communicate it in the most appropriate way.


  • Execution of a variety of graphic design & creative briefs
  • Collaboration with Commercial to build an understanding of the commercial drivers that define our marketing activity
  • Bring a fresh perspective to the design across all consumer touch-points
  • Ensuring all work is in line with Dyson brand values and follows the relevant brand and design guidelines
  • Creative thinking that takes already established creative strategy and translates that into dynamic creative executions
  • Working with other creatives, brainstorming and sharing ideas
  • Work with the Senior Creative and (Enterprise Communications)
  • Take creative direction from the Creative Director to ensure consistency and coherence across all Dyson external and internal communications
  • Developing an understanding of all advertising formats (traditional and digital) and use this knowledge to create appropriate creative comms
  • Staying abreast of the technology landscape – advancements in technology & design, trends in social, connected products etc
  • Continuous development and honing of the technical abilities relevant to the role
  • Ensuring that deadlines are met and that all work is on-brand and on-brief.


  • A degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, and ideally at least 2 years industry experience.
  • A passion for design, with an ability to develop information hierarchies and systems that deliver complex messages through clear, balanced composition.
  • A strong technical understanding of design, typography and grid systems, as you’ll be setting examples of best practice for others to follow.
  • You must be comfortable working to tight deadlines, and be able to efficiently manage your own projects and time.
  • Proficient writing skills, as you may have to write your own copy.
  • A good knowledge of design production, with experience in creating artwork for print.
  • An expert knowledge of InDesign is essential, along with a sound knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • An understanding of moving image software would also be a benefit.
  • If you don’t already use them, you’ll need to get to grips with SharePoint and PowerPoint.
