National Salon Sales Manager

This role is responsible to drive the Salon business for the Personal Care category across India. We have engineering driven, state-of-the art personal care products, that have created a loyal fan base over the world and grown tremendously over a short period of time, focused both on consumers ( and professional stylists (


1.     Plan the salon & beauty SIS business landscape for India for the next 3-5 years to make Dyson a best-in-class beauty partner in the country

2.     Build the salon sales channel for the Dyson beauty category by establishing key partnerships with the right business model and joint business plans

3.     Project management and working with Agencies/Contractors to ensure delivery and excellent execution.

4.     Create and scale a stylist engagement program to drive advocacy and sales

5.     Create and scale stylist training to ensure best in class demo experience

6.     Identify and secure prime locations on the Beauty Doors. Ensure Dyson Equity is maintained at all times.

7.     Work with marketing to plan and execute beauty focused consumer engagement events to expose consumers to Dyson technology


Experience and Education

  • Sales leadership experience specifically in the salon channel with a leading multi-national
  • Proven performance track record
  • Experience with premium / luxury beauty or personal care products preferred
  • An MBA from premium institute is preferred
