A multi-faceted Office Manager role sitting in Vienna that provides management support, which covers office facility management, managing lease car, consumables and stationary check or order, manage storage room, support organization of large meetings/ events, create POs for office related purposes.


  • Office management such as office security checks, distribution of post, stationary check and order and general office administration
  • Manage the lease car fleet, mobile phone hardware and subscriptions 
  • Meeting coordination
  • Manage office related requests such as IT requests 
  • Support the office with SAP requests and Purchase Orders
  • General maintenance and support of the office documentation
  • Support in organization of large events 


  • Previous experience in working as an office manager in a large organisation
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Excellent written skills
  • SAP Knowledge 
  • Professional/discreet/loyal/flexible 
  • Team player
  • Able to pick things up quickly
  • Fluency in English and German
