Owner Experience Manager


Depending on professional qualifications and experience, we offer a gross annual salary starting of € 40.000,00.

The Direct and Digital Team at Dyson Austria is responsible for all digital touch-points with our end customers and comprises of the direct business (web shop, direct retail, digital media).
The Owner Experience Manager will be responsible for making our owner’s happy through the programmes that are rolled out,  will lead and drive our "Bought not sold’’ approach so that the experience owners’ have across our touchpoints is consistent and uniquely Dyson. He will be expert in working with data and deriving insight to develop actionable Owner Engagement campaigns, demonstrating clear ROI through delivery of an active owner base that shows growth in owner satisfaction (NPS), engagement, retention advocacy and lifetime value. The Owner Experience Manager will support both strategic, and tactical, business initiatives with high quality execution that resonates with owners, turning one time purchasers into lifelong Dyson advocates.


  • The Owner Experience Manager is responsible to create Owners First Strategy across the Austrian organisation
  • Represent the owner voice in any situation and enable stakeholders (through insights and data) to do the same.
  • Drive engagement programs across the business
  • Lead a data -driven Owner Experience strategy across the core touch points
  • Drive owner insights and research projects in close cooperation with European and local insights teams. Understand and lead marketing data to insights that inform and improve our owner experiences
  • Enable the organisation and key stakeholders make decisions based on owner insights and KPIs
  • Ensure regular tracking and reporting of Owner KPIs and derive actions from it
  • Define and execute owner experience related projects for the Austrian market.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in our owner experience across touch points (e.g. direct stores, dyson.at) and develop projects to improve owner satisfaction and drive delight.
  • Broad scope - from acquisition (e.g. execute insight-led acquisition strategies, ensuring owners are reached with the right message at the right time in the right channel for optimum acquisition) to retention (like driving registration, developing automated lifecycle communications).
  • Ensure solid cooperation with category teams, sales, digital, direct, retail marketing, and Group and EU Owner Experience team. Collaborate with other European markets when appropriate.


  • Previous experience and commercial success as marketing or project manager in industries with owner focus
  • Experience of working across all digital platforms, with a data-driven mentality
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate in a global matrix structure with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Taking a positive approach to problem solving, collaboration and influencing others, and take a completer finisher approach to project work
  • Able to quickly and concisely summarize owner experience project performance, outlook, current issues etc. to senior level management
  • Demonstrate the ability to bring in new ideas and is ultimately focused on execution and makes sure things get done
  • High willingness to learn, strong collaborator and connector with ability to influence others and take full ownership of results
  • Strong oral and written communication and influencing skills in order to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization within Austria, Group and other market hubs
