Description

Reporting to the Head of Direct, the Paid Media Analyst you will be responsible for reporting of PPC, Programmatic & Paid Social campaigns working with our agency and internal teams. You will establish and maintain weekly performance reporting on delivery from Paid Media vs target, delivering insight and recommendations to improve performance and scale delivery, collect and analyse data to identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROAS. 
You will be able to provide quick wins, through the integration of Performance Media and Analytics data to scale direct performance. You will find creative and media opportunities to drive urgency to purchase online at Dyson. ie .You will be expected to lead the 90 day performance media plan and ensure key projects are on track. 
This role will also require hands on analysis within the PPC and Programmatic communicating opportunities and trends within to the wider business. You will work closely with both internal cross-functional partners including Digital Marketing Manager, Category Managers to support the planning and delivery of integrated quarterly campaigns for the Dyson business. 
The candidate will have proven experience of Paid Search and Programmatic activity to drive ecommerce transactions.

Accountabilities

• Monitor digital channel performances via Google analytics and the Google Marketing Platform identifying trends and opportunities to improve results. • Develop local market media reporting, delivering insight on audience and creative performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.  • Use industry and competitor analysis data and tools to inform activity and assess the potential of new capabilities • Report on the delivery of our online 90 day testing programme, ensuring all tests are run to a high standard and are rigorously quality checked before being put live. • Deliver ongoing Paid Search deep dives to continually improve the channel performance, and lead the workstream with the agency to deliver and report on outcomes  • Deliver campiagn reports for Categories with insight on audience and creative performance  • Undertake ongoing analysis and optimisation of all digital marketing campaigns, providing insight and recommedations for future activity.

The right person:
  • is comfortable with data manipulation, building reports and accessing data from platforms 
  • can build relationships with local markets and external agency partners including Google, DoubleClick and Facebook to maximise platform capabilities
  • produces working hypothesis and solutions with analysts 
  • is cross platform, channel agnostic
  • has marketing and digital campaign experience 2-4 years 
  • has proven experience of PPC
  • has experience of programmatic display and video & paid social 
  • will be constantly looking for opportunities to use data to improve performance
You'll be a self-starter with lots of initiative, good communication skills, both written & verbal.
