Performance Media Executive

This role requires focus on translating the European strategy into a local operating plan, optimizing all our performance media channels, driving best in class market execution and managing key stakeholders for the Dyson direct business. These channels and partners are e.g. Google Search, Google Shopping, Affiliate Network,, Corporate Partners.
The Performance Media Executive is located in our office in Vienna and will require a strong performance mentality with a focus on ongoing improvements to push sales through all channels. Equally, given the structure and style of Dyson, it will entail the development of strong bridges across the business, working closely with the range of key partners while also inspiring and galvanizing them to deliver. We are looking for a talented digital sales person who can support us to achieve our targets.
He/she reports direct to the Austrian Head of Digital & Direct and works closely together with the digital Marketing Manager and our commercial teams.


  • Operational support of the performance channels together with our local and international media agency
  • Identify opportunities and develop initiatives that will increase direct sales to
  • Monitor performance and KPI’s to ensure we continually achieve and exceed targets while maintaining a positive return on our investment
  • Develop and manage promotions through and also together with our corporate partners
  • Support in the area of Digital Retail


  • High affinity to digital business, with a performance media background
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to use data to understand and improve performance
  • Knowledge in Google Analytics and AdWords is a plus
  • Fluency in German & English
