Description

In this role you will be part of Dyson's exciting journey implementing a Systems Engineering mind-set. You will ensure that product quality is appropriately considered in all processes and stages of our product development. You will own creation of Quality's processes to support Systems Engineering whilst simultaneously assisting other members of the Quality team in implementing them across all of our product categories. You will be aware of, and constantly ensure the appropriate application of, industry best practice at Dyson.

Although you will not have line management responsibility, your depth of knowledge of our solution technologies means that you will be expected to play an informal technical mentoring role.

Accountabilities

  • Represent Quality at business wide Systems Engineering Committee
  • Define and rollout processes to enable Quality Assurance of Dyson’s new Systems Engineering processes
  • Coach Quality team members to use Systems Engineering in their day to day roles
