Description

To manage all Product Liability (PL) and Health & Safety (HS) cases and to be part of a successful team providing our owners with the highest level of customer service.  You will provide effective and timely Customer Service whilst protecting the interest of the business.  To demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal to ensure that quality customer service is delivered.


Accountabilities

·       Handle and successfully resolve all Product Liability & Health and Safety cases ensuring every step is clearly documented and in line with Dyson standards.

·       Demonstrate excellent negotiating skills to ensure the best possible resolution is achieved whilst balancing business and owner needs on all cases.

·       Attend meetings with our Legal Team to discuss outstanding cases for guidance on bringing cases to a resolution.

·       Updating the PL & HS statistics on a daily basis ensuring that all completed correspondence is recorded accurately.

·       Identify areas for improvement and think outside of the box for solutions.

·       Recommend improvements to the Senior Team Manager, demonstrating sound rationale, an understanding of the implications and steps that can be taken to mitigate any risks. 

·       Highlight communication trends to the Owner Support Team Manager.

·       Take ownership and demonstrate a proactive approach. Confidently and decisively resolve owner issues.

·       Relish the opportunity to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role.


Skills

·       A good level of PC competence, including a practical use of email.  

·       Excellent organizational ability.

·       Excellent grammatical and spelling skills.

·       Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
