Description We are looking for Scrum/Agile Project Manager within the Direct & Digital Commercial function. We need an experience project manager who has worked within a Scrum team and understands a Scrum way of working. processes and teams to deliver the next generation of connected apps and integrate the Scrum Master process into wider Commercial. Working closely with the Digital Programme Manager you will define and implement a new Scrum Master Delivery process ensuring that we manage the volume of tasks coming into the team across multiple platforms. . You will work closely with the Programme Manager to ensure we deliver our backlog and ensure we continually optimise our website globally, whilst supporting each market in delivery.
The ideal candidate will bring in-depth understanding of digital technologies and process; in addition, they will have a demonstrable track record of delivery and leadership in a time-critical, complicated delivery framework. Create and implement a scrum process to manage various streams of demand across our global platforms.
Create and maintain the work load coming into the content team as well as highlighting dependencies and raising risks or finding solutions when these timelines are under threat
Developing, owning and maintaining an integrated process for BAU
Pro-actively identify and manage the risks and issues arising from the capability development
Adhere to the planning and control standards established by the programme manager (reporting, reviews, meetings, resource planning, RAG reporting)
Provide accurate, timely and frequent information, communications on the status and progress of projects to all stakeholder.
Working closely with the wider Programme team to ensure that dependencies are identified early and deliverables produced and available in-line with the Programme schedule
Working closely with stakeholders to establish pragmatic approaches that blend the Dyson way with appropriate planning control and organisation
Supporting continuous learning and improvement activities to identify areas that should
- Hold, or demonstrate an understanding of, formal project management qualifications
Candidate must possess a degree in Engineering, Project Management or can demonstrate equivalent experience.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project.
Experience of managing large/complex projects.
Experience of managing teams, mentoring, developing and coaching other professionals.
Experience of line management responsibility is desirable
Outstanding project management capabilities (i.e. leadership, senior stakeholder management and communication, risk management, issue resolution, budget tracking, benefits analysis, estimating and planning etc).
Excellent analytical skills; the ability to assess problems thoroughly and drive logical conclusions
