As part of the MADE (Marketing Analytics Data Environment) transformation 

programme we are creating a data environment to support data-driven marketing capabilities. By ingesting data from multiple data providers we can gather insight and activate more relevant communications across Paid, Owned and Earned media. 

The requirement of the PM will be to work within the programme to help deliver solutions for the demand across the various customer workstreams. Working closely with the Product Owner and Delivery Lead in a predominantly Agile environment, the PM must help deliver value projects into the programme through careful planning, monitoring and reporting on programme velocity and resource allocation.  


  • Reporting to the Product Owner, support the programme to deliver projects on time and to budget across various work streams
  • Report on the statuses of all projects in the programme of work (RAG reporting) utilising repeatable reporting methods
  • Work with the BA team and Product Owner to agree and deliver capability to agreed acceptance criteria
  • Highlight and communicate programme risks and necessary mitigations via RAID status
  • Work with the Product Owner and Delivery Lead to align a roadmap with resource capabilities
  • Work with various supply streams and the BA’s to breakdown Epics and User Stories captured in JIRA into meaningful, deliverables (INVEST)
  • Assist the team in Product Backlog prioritisation and grooming, providing potential resource insight that may influence choice
  • Work with the Product Owner to agree KPIs and what success looks like on all projects and help ensure we deliver against those
  • Work with the Strategy Team to align the dependencies to create a structured release plan
  • Contribute and execute Quality Assurance methods in the future that enable us to measure the quality, efficiency and adherence to Commercial SOPs
  • Attend and engage with the wider PM industry in order to enable constant continuous improvement across Commercial


  • Proven Project Management experience – working in an Agile environment (JIRA & Confluence) to manage the flow of User Stories through both sprint and Kanban based delivery models
  • Help maintain a RAID board to monitor risks and actions across the programme
  • Experienced project management working on big data environments & data driven marketing projects (MI & BI)
  • Experience in working with data driven programmes that activate communication across Media, Social and CRM
  • Strong experience working in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams
  • Experience in Process Design/Governance & Business Change Management
  • Experience in creating good quality documentation & reporting for projects that span business / big data environments
  • Experience in the field of campaign management & customer relationship management (CRM)
