As a Dyson Repair Engineer, you will have in-depth knowledge and genuine passion for Dyson technology with the technical knowledge and capability to bring our Owners’ well-loved Dyson products back to tip-top condition at our Service workshop facility in Chippenham.

About the role

To repair and service machines returned by UK customers

  • Diagnosing issues with the returned unit according to the Dyson quality service level

  • Delight our Owners by delivering a world-class customer repair experience with every machine by repairing the returned machine to an excellent standard

  • Ensure all repairs are carried out whilst adhering to all technical, health & safety requirements

Work with our Research, Development & Quality teams to improve machine reliability and repair new models

  • To highlight technical issues and trends with returned products

  • To participate in developing technical solutions with Research, Development & Quality 

  • To participate in developing repair guidelines and procedures for new Dyson products

Be an effective member of the Chippenham Service Centre team

  • Support colleague training

  • Ensure that all Health and Safety procedures are followed

  • Actively support and participate in site ISO Standards

  • Communicate effectively with customers when required
