Dyson GB&I has grown at an impressive rate in past years to become our most established market and we’ve achieved our goal- new routes to market, more targeted marketing and more engaging retail environments. 2020 will bring new challenges; continuing to focus on our growth plans whilst also needing to transform categories, brand communication and organisation. The planning, collaboration and execution of innovative marketing plans to continue penetration of more GB&I households with the right technology will be critical to our success. We do this by having our own dedicated experts in-house encompassing customer service, marketing, creative, direct digital and our field service teams – together we are relentless in maintaining our world class owner experience.

Our marketing strategies launch our pioneering technologies and explain why they are better as simply and clearly as possible. We’re constantly refining and redefining our global marketing strategies and campaigns to create customer and owner experiences that are authentic and uniquely Dyson. The GB Marketing team works closely with the global team, to translate the strategy to the GB&I market, and work to implement campaigns within our Professional, Beauty, Floorcare or Environmental Control categories.

About you

Ideally, we look for people with a solid marketing or digital background with proven experience on launching new products into market, and experience translating global brand strategy into the GB market. Preferably for a business similar in scale to that of Dyson. The key competencies we look for are resilience, communication, adaptability, execution and the ability to work at pace, in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
