Helping to grow Dyson by growing our people, Learning & Development are an integral part of bringing this vision to life by supporting a huge range of learning interventions both digital and face to face across GB Dyson. The Learning and Development team design, develop and implement training and development programmes to enhance our capability and performance across HR, Contact Centre or Retail environments.

About the role
As a result of continuous investment and capability growth, we typically look to recruit into the following areas:

Ideally, we look for people with experience in training design, implementation and delivery, preferably for a business similar in scale to that of Dyson. The key competencies we look for are resilience, communication, adaptability, execution and the ability to work at pace, in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
