Regional Talent Attraction Partner

The Global Talent Attraction team at Dyson are responsible for planning and implementing strategic global attraction activity to supplement BAU recruitment activity. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition Excellence, the Talent Attraction Partner will implement plans to open up new proactive sourcing channels in the region. These effective channels will open up networks and candidate sources not previously available to Dyson, to enable us to meet our critical hiring goals.


What you'll be responsible for:
  • Understand the talent landscape across different business areas and locations, and identify critical hiring needs and effective channels for recruitment in alignment with Dyson's growth plans 
  • Educate and advise on talent attraction and sourcing methodologies 
  • Plan schedule of Talent Attraction activities, and working with the larger Dyson Talent Acquisition community in implementing talent attraction route-to-market strategies 
  • Establish a strong talent network and regular engagement with difficult-to-recruit candidates 
  • Work with UK counterpart to present a global view of the Talent Attraction strategy, in line with Dyson's values of Different, Authentic, Better; Be the voice of APAC for global Talent Attraction plans and deliver activities that meet business needs in the region, considering cultural/market diversity 
  • Support EVP implementation, and work with Marketing and Communications in ensuring a consistent social media messaging and approach
  • Monitor budget, track annual spend, as well as key measurements of success to produce meaningful reports; Shape strategic approach to recruitment through data gathered.


What we'd like to see from you;
  • Experience identifying and using talent attraction techniques, tools, and channels across different countries; Good grasp of candidate outreach and engagement tools 
  • Excellent delivery management, with the ability to maintain a macro focus on broader plans, and a keen interest to get your hands dirty to ensure smooth execution 
  • Good understanding of large, global businesses like Dyson, with strong business acumen 
  • Influential, personable, and confident, with proven success in gaining stakeholder buy-ins for new ideas 
  • Ability to flex in accordance to business needs, and tactfully assertive to challenge decisions and gain commitment of others 
  • Marketing experience will be beneficial
