As our Retail Activation Manager you will develop and execute the Retail Activation strategy for Switzerland in the retail channels. You will manage, coach and train the Retail Activation field team and support them to achieve their targets.


  • Responsible for increasing “controlled retail environment” delivery (fixtures, experts, staff, retail events and activation, store retailer relationships) in all third party electrical retail stores across Switzerland: locking in consumers into Dyson experience
  • Work closely with Dyson Key Account Management team and marketing teams to ensure the execution of our retail activation strategy
  • Establish and manage process for monitoring and interpreting sell out data on a weekly/ monthly basis with clear call to action to improve executions and results
  • Increase “hands on” and granular approach mind-set
  • Leadership responsibility and development of field team (currently about 50, growing potential to 80)
  • Implement sell through activities, car park to machine perfect delivery and all other necessary activities to blow out Dyson local execution
  • Find new opportunities to increase conversion for Dyson brand & products


  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience of working in a high performing sales team
  • Have led a large and effective field sales team
  • Sell through based mind-set
  • Excellent team leadership abilities - empower and develop members of team
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills 
  • High level of communication skills both verbal and written (in English and German, French will be an advantage)
  • Excellent personal and business presentation skills
