1, Drive Process of sales management and hit target in the responsible region.
2, Establish regional sales plans and manage execution to achieve profitability objectives.
3, Direct Sales organization to achieve sales, profitability, productivity, customer relationship improvement.
4, Assist and provide solutions that address performance issues in a timely and effective manner.
5, Develop and recruit a high performing store management team, setting objectives and performance managing to deliver excellency.
6, Drive assessment focusing on lead ship/ execution& motivation & Store operation.
7, Develop and maintain good business relationships with other functions such as LLD.
8, Implement sales plan, analyse and report customer requirement, market trends and product/ service portfolio requirement and competitor activity.
9，Lead the event within shopping mall including terms negotiations with landlord’s marketing/event department and execute the event to meet our sales target
10，Monitor regional sales and inventories; identify opportunities and assess related risks; gain consensus and approval from internal stakeholders; communicate and implement proposed action plans.
11, Manage resources for the best return on investment; analyse sales data and implement high quality solutions to drive business across all categories.
12, P&L proficiency and ability
13, Support retail sales performance manager to lead and develop a profitable business for direct retail, motivate and drive store team consistently deliver financial budgets and implement strategy, whilst delivering the brand proposition.
Advanced knowledge/ proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
Excellent math and analytic skills and experience working with a major web analytics/reporting tool.
