Description

As the Concessions Manager you'll be responsible for demonstrating and selling Dyson products, executing national and retailer plans and activities to grow sales within your retail outlet and representing the Dyson brand with our retail partners. 
Working Thursday to Monday each week, you will be accountable for achieving a volume and value target along with proactively looking to increase Dyson’s in-store presence and brand visibility. 
The role will require a high degree of flexibility to meet customer expectations and may occasionally include attending evening events and ongoing Dyson training & development, where you may be required to stay away from home.

Accountabilities

  • Proactively own and grow your defined retail outlet by identifying opportunities and delivering sales-out activities at a store level, in line with national objectives, driven through business meets with key stakeholders. 
  • Be a valued business partner by delivering year on year growth (value and volume) 
  • Accountable for achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly sales target by category 
  • Proactively plan, execute and review all sales activities in line with national and retailer objectives 
  • Engage with retail outlet management and staff to inform them of market intelligence, category facts, sales data and Dyson marketing and promotional plans 
  • Maintain an active knowledge of all Dyson products including all NPD 
  • Maintain an active knowledge of relevant competitor product categories and market intelligence 
  • Accurately report back to your Line Manager and escalate issues in a timely manner

To be successful you will require: 
  • In-store retail or concessions management experience 
  • Previous sales target driven experience 
  • Successfully worked with and contributed to a high performing sales team 
  • Proven delivery of consistent sales results
