Dyson Korea is seeking a HRBP to provide leadership and partnership to managers and employees, deliver a spectrum of strategic HR support to our Retail (Field) environments aligned with Dyson business goals. This HRBP will focus on organization, talent, and culture, with an emphasis on running an operation at scale while building, leading, managing and developing a diverse high performing team. The selected candidate will bring proven business insights and influencing capability to guide the development of a dynamic and growing organization with full of spirited people.


Recruitment & On-boarding

  • Work with the Sales teams to critically assess levels of resource needed.  Provide well designed process and support framework on all recruitment

  • Manage the briefing of the recruitment agencies on Dyson culture, profiles needed

  • Manage the selection and interviewing process, along with the assessment centres with high candidate satisfaction

  • Manage a seamless hiring process that is legally compliant with local and internal laws and regulations

  • Oversee the on-boarding plan for all new hires

HR Administration & Payroll

  • Complete accurately Dyson People Access and all Processes on the systems 

  • Complete Employment Documentation

  • Strong Collaboration with UK Finance and Payroll Team

  • Manage probation period review on a timely manner


Policy & Processes

  • Provide support in all areas of HR policy and practice, keeping employment law knowledge current

Business Partnering

  • Coach and act as a trusted advisor to Business Leaders on developing their teams and handling employee relations

  • Develops and executes action plan to achieve local business goals and objectives

  • Ability to understand business data, assess to metrics and link analyses to performance in order to acknowledge and impact behavioral changes

  • Maintains a pulse on employee engagement through frequent in-store visits and ongoing dialogue with employees via regular focus groups

  • Serves as employee advocate and ensures the voice of the employee is considered in all decisions

  • Understand the business needs and development plan, make workforce planning, recruitment plan and ensure resources availability on time in high quality

  • Be able to provide consultancy/advice in organizational change and make it happen in smooth and high efficiency change management,

  • Be able to provide proposal/advice based on data analysis on retail people employment management, incentive management, OT management and other HR related management,

  • Be able to work with Sales Capability Manager on the competency model required for retail business and improve the quality and competency level

  • Support retail training needs findings and delivery, for daily operation and further talent development purpose,

  • Work very closely with Sales and Sales Capability teams to run whole cycle of performance review and talent review according to the guidance and methodology,  

  • Provide people service to ensure good people experience at all level

  • To maintain and further develop commercial knowledge of the rapidly changing business environment. Work closely with, and provide appropriate challenge to the management team to be a key contributor of the business’s decision making process.

  • Be responsible of the internal communication of all company important message, information

  • Implement the Dyson High Performing culture at all level

·  Degree qualification in Human Resources or related field.

·  Knowledge of HR best practice, employment legislation, systems, policy and procedures, and managing employment relations cases

·  Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources

·  Multi-lingual with excellent English and local language capability

·  Working in a fast-paced team environment with high volume activities and changing priorities

·  Familiar with a matrix-style management structure, with key stakeholders overseas, and a UK (or international) head-office

·  Fast-paced, growing organisation with entrepreneurial spirit

·  Passion for retail and champions the employee experience; service-minded
