Reporting to the NSW Service Team Leader, the Returns Coordinator is predominantly responsible for machines returned to Dyson for credit from Retailers. Other duties include acting as a vital communication link between business stakeholders in relation to machines being returned to the Dyson warehouse in Taren Point


  • Receiving and booking in-store returns and checking stock against manifest 
  • Validate faults on in-store returns, prepare paperwork for credit, or arrange return of machine to store 
  • Work with Sales Order team as required to ensure correct product information is maintained in the database. 
  • Complete stock adjustment paperwork for Service Team Leader on SAP system
  • Maintain a safe work area and abide by all Dyson policies around OH&S and SWS, including keeping a log of MSDS and Forklift Maintenance paperwork
  • Safe operation of Forklift in Warehouse and Driveway area
  • Picking of Graded stock orders as requested


  • A fork lift license is essential 
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Appliance repair experience is an advantage 
  • Be organised and methodical 
  • Be competent in using MS Office 
  • Experience using SAP is an advantage 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong time management skills 
  • Able to lift up to 15kg
