·       To process and complete all Consumer, Field Service Enginer (FSE) Retail returns within our Bumpers Farm Warehouse facility


What you’ll be doing -

  • To process all Retail Returns from Customers
  • To process all Customer Exchanges,
  • Highlighting any discrepancies and following through to conclusion and resolution.
  • To process all Customer Refund Returns accurately and efficiently
  • To support the Process Support team with any queries, providing detailed information and evidence if required
  • To process all Field Service Engineer Returns
  • To support the Dyson Quality team, new product returns detailing, parts collection for investigation and analysis and any other adhoc Quality requirements
  • To rework, and return to stock, any spares and accessories that can be sold
  • To ensure stock accuracy within consumer, retail and field service engineer returns storage locations
  • To manage the dispatch of items to the 3PL, by creating dispatch paperwork and clearly labelled products and pallets
  • To manage and maintain spreadsheets for accurate reporting
  • To be an effective member of the Returns team with the ability to work well on your own or as part of a team.  
  • To work effectively and efficiently by planning and prioritising workloads.
  • Fulfil other duties as required:


What we need from you -

  • Warehouse experience
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable/customer services and SPL functions
  • Use of MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP and CRM
  • Passion to work in a team and to KPI’s
  • Have a natural attention to detail
