About the roleRoles & Responsibilities:
• Leading and directing implementation of strategic and operative on and off page SEO strategies and optimization for Dyson.in• Leading technical SEO analysis, identifying and executing website optimization strategies that deliver conversions• Developing, track and monitor SEO KPIs, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google search console and botify, in alignment with business strategy• Cooperating with internal stakeholders across marketing team for relevant content and to drive editorial SEO strategies• Staying abreast with industry trends and act as our in-house expert on new approaches to SEO.
• Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities• Build, develop and maintain data reporting systems, data automation, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business functions• Develop insights from owner database feeding into future plans• Develop dashboards and derive insights from existing CRM systems across multiple points of customer interaction – chat, whatsapp, calls, website and offline.
About youQUALIFICATIONS & DESIRED WORKING EXPERIENCE:
• 4-5 years of proven experience as an analytics manager or data scientist• Expertise is at least one business intelligence tool – Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio or any other• Knowledge of Google Analytics and other ecommerce tools like decibel, magento, botify is a plus• Enjoys working in a fast paced & ever-changing environment• Self-starter with lots of initiative and a positive attitude• Strong team player
