About the role
DS Channel Sales Forecast & Operation
Lead DS channel by distributor by model by month sales volume forecast cycle plan.
Cooperate with DS channel sales team to make accurate sale volume forecast and consolidate forecast to sales planning team.
DS channel by distributor Sellin & GWP allocation and tracking
DS channel Distributor bulletin & scorecard sharing.
Other DS channel operation including capital check, stock review & return, etc.
Sales Volume Forecast and Anaplan system
Support All Channel rolling forecast uploading in Anaplan system. Make sure data updated on time with accuracy.
Communicate with sales team to align the logic for data split（Promotion incremental / Baseline ; by week; by SKU）
Support system master data maintenance and sales volume actual uploading.
Promotion expense forecast and analysis.
Project support and other supporting work
Support group purchase process design and follow up.
Support group purchase business development and customer contact.
Support online product check activity.
Sales related project supporting and data analysis supporting.
3+ years related working experience
FMCG Sales operation or Sales planning experience is preferred
Good English skills including speaking and writing
Excellent working knowledge of PC software such as PowerPoint / Excel
Good analytical and interpersonal skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and driven. Ability to work well independently and within a group setting
Strong sense of responsibility
