The role reports to Head Of Supply Chain in Korea and works cross functionally with Supply Chain team (Planning team, Logistics team), internal Dyson teams (Marketing, Finance and Sales) and Global IT group outside Korea also 3rd parties as well. The SOP team manager is accountable for excellent order management, stock availability and TOM related supply chain KPI (case fill rate, inventory, On-time & accurate order fulfilment, customer satisfaction, cost management), and ultimately contribute business growth and share growth in Korea.
Total Order Process/System Management
•Manage SOP (Sales Order Processing) Team to enable best in class end to end Supply Chain execution & results daily/weekly/monthly/yearly to customer for Finished Goods, Spares and Accessories, Fixture and Marketing/Sales materials.
•Develop/establish SOP related work processes and system enhancement to deliver best in class customer service & order fulfilment for offline and online business.
•Define/Develop Total Order Management KPI – case fill rate, on-time, accuracy, productivity - and its tracking & running mechanism to enable continuous performance improvement and culture.
•Drive operation excellences and innovation in supply chain side by working collaboratively supply chain team, Finance, IT and Sales together.
•Drive standardization of work processes from order planning & order acquisition, allocation, last mile delivery, financial transaction, process monitoring and customer response to ensure proper control of goods/service/cash flow with operation efficiency and effectiveness.
•Develop Order related information, data and reports/process/system to support internal Dyson team’s needs and business requirements.
•Develop effective online order management processes and system to embrace rapid technology and various system solution environments.
•Enable internal/external problem resolution with agile action and execution in terms of process, system and people.
•Partner with 3rd parties (warehouse, forwarder, call centre, repair centre and system service provider) and Supply Chain team to drive best results.
•Effectively communicate externally with internal & external customers to resolve order issues, make adjustments where needed, and provide order status information as requested
•Work with Dyson internal teams to identify and resolve issues resulting from customer, item, or pricing setups
•Liaise with Dyson accounts receivable to resolve any customer credit issues to ensure shipping deadlines are met
•Daily auditing of open orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness of shipments
SOP Team Management
•People management of SOP team; consist of 5 members, to drive operations excellence, individual’s capabilities and expertise improvement to meet individual requirements and business requirements based on strong relationship building.
•Enable High Performance Culture in SOP team by working closely with team members and internal/external customers. Hence, team members;
•Demonstrate an acute attention to detail;
•Identify problems and find solutions;
•Think outside of the box, identifying opportunities for improvement
•Manage organization daily & long term capacity to enable stable and seamless SOP operations and execution and support rapid business growth and long term business plan.
•Enable strong operation disciplines and culture of team members with personal coaching, training, work plan development and performance evaluation.
•Manage SOP operations related costs and team budget effectively to ensure cost effectiveness.
•Track record on multi-cultural dynamic environments where he or she played a major role on implementing changes.
•Strong leadership and responsivity, follow-through, results driven attitude.
•Hands-on, down to earth profile & experience in Supply Chain Management
•Knowledge and experience on Total Order Management Process with system in B2C industry.
•Experience & knowledge on overall supply chain in manufacturer POV and customer (retailer’s) supply chain.
•Preferred to have +8 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management or Manufacturing Management
•People management skill & experience.
•Leadership & ownership, Operation discipline, logical & strategical thinking, effective communication skill including English proficiency.
•Project Management Skill
•Deep knowledge on overall supply chain in manufacturer POV and customer (retailer’s) supply chain.
•Knowledge and experience with SAP or ERP system
•Knowledge on online Market place platform and other relevant solution. Also, overall understanding on industry standards and best practice.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package which will include a base salary and annual performance bonus scheme.
