In this role, you will be expected to provide Salesforce best practice to the company as part of our Salesforce Centre of Excellence team with our Owner Experience Function.
AccountabilitiesYou will be responsible for both the day-to-day running and the long-term success of our Salesforce Platform. You will also provide experience and expertise on our business processes as they relate to the Salesforce platform, including identifying opportunities for improvement and new solutions.
- Professional Salesforce.com Administrator experience
- Business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
- Understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce.com CRM
- Self-Directed learning, problem solving, and researching of system issues
