Dyson is a technology company that designs and manufactures small domestic appliance ranging from vacuum cleaners, purifying fans, to hair dryers. Dyson sells its products in over 70 countries and employs more than 7,000 people worldwide. Dyson products are known for their innovative technologies, high performance and breakthrough designs. Dyson products were introduced into China market by distributor, and Dyson China was officially founded in 2014 due to the fast growth of demand. By H1 2018, Dyson has significantly grown its business in China and become a strong market leader in vacuum cleaner and hairdryer categories.
Online is an important aspect for Dyson in China in terms of both marketing and sales. The eCommerce Department is headed by eCommerce Director and supported by several key pillar teams. This united team is responsible for contributing 50% of the sales revenue and all marketing activities across internet. Online new channel plays a very important role with high potential in the future.
About the role•Develop online new channel to drive sales, including new platform discover and establish, set daily sales operation and process. 1.Craft and optimize innovative online new channel model and unlock new growth opportunities across the new channel sides 2.Participate/lead business negotiation to land deals with partner platforms •Customer Management
(Including JBP, daily operation, investment ROI, traffic management, promotion, co-marketing corporations) • •Team management and People coaching for account and data management • •Ensure the online excellence through hot zones visibility(Paid, trading, organic traffic and conversion rate) • •TP/Agency management to ensure the daily operation • •Cross-functional communication for improving Forecast, CFR, OOS, pricing etc.
Education, qualifications and training :
Bachelor degree above
Experience or skills required:•8 years of working experience in E-commerce or product from retail industries •3 years JD/Ali account management experience •Familiar with Ali, JD, Tiktok and Pinduoduo, etc.
Specialized knowledge or skills required
Fluent English, Strong Negotiation skill, High learning agility
