Senior Marketing Campaign Manager (Environmental Care Category)


Malmesbury - United Kingdom


The Environmental Care Commercial Category team bring to life problem-solving technology in engaging and meaningful ways for our shoppers and owners. Working with our commercial; engineering; insights; creative; direct; and (OE) Owner Experience teams – as well as our global markets; the EC Senior Campaign manager will be responsible for the creation and delivery of strategically aligned campaigns for the category.


  • Strategic definition and briefing of cross-channel BAU and NPD campaigns
  • Analysis and reporting of campaign performance. Employing a test, learn, report, adapt approach. Using ‘live’ insights to optimise in market campaigns
  • Leadership of the commercial campaigns to ensure alignment of the brief to the deliverables
  • Work with market facing commercial leads and MS global to interrogate and align the campaign strategy and deliverables to media and business plans
  • Extrapolation and implementation of all available insights and data to support the shape of individual campaigns as well as overall category objectives
  • Working directly with key markets as needed to ensure the shape of the briefs reflect the market and category objectives
  • Proactively seek out and drive campaign efficiencies where possible
  • Translation of NPD commercial strategies & propositions into cross-channel campaigns that align to the business objectives
  • Working with Senior Commercial Managers to ensure that product pipeline and category strategies align with the campaign strategies
  • Portfolio campaign management to ensure efficiencies are made where possible to align key messages & assets across the range


  • Prove track record and experience in planning, developing and executing integrated campaign/marketing experience – either agency or client side
  • Ability to take on complex product propositions and translate into compelling campaign briefs
  • Experience of working with a range of markets and market challenges
  • Marketing campaign expertise within digital, social and traditional media
  • Experience of generating data and insights driven strategic briefs
  • People management
  • Working knowledge of how to take technical and often complex requirements and distil into manageable working parameters
  • An organised, engaged, creative, commercially astute with the potential to generate and stimulate ideas and opportunities
  • Strong project management and planning skills
  • Exceptional team player with credibility and integrity to earn peer, senior management and cross-functional team confidence quickly, who is flexible and willing to go beyond job description
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Proven ability to juggle a large workload, set appropriate priorities and ensure that briefs stay on track and time
  • Understands how to manage change
  • Able to make time sensitive decisions under pressure
